Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You cancel your order before the restaurant confirms it.
- The restaurant cancels your order.
- The order is auto-cancelled due to restaurant not responding within 3 minutes.
- Your payment failed but the amount was debited.
2. Refund Process
Online Payments (UPI/Card): Refunds are automatically initiated and processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Cash on Delivery (COD): No refund is needed as no payment was made.
3. Partial Refunds
If you cancel after the restaurant has started preparing your order, a partial refund may be issued at the discretion of the restaurant.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
- Orders that have been delivered successfully.
- Quality complaints after delivery (please contact us for resolution).
- Incorrect address provided by the customer.
5. Refund Timeline
